 Taste and smell - pure,creamy,without extraneous smacks and smells,characteristic for a   butter with smack of the pasteurised cream or without it with sour-milk taste and a smell.

 Colour - from white to light yellow,homogeneous for all weight.

 Consistence - a homogeneous,plastic,dense surface of oil on a cut poorly shining and dry by sight or with availability of single smallest droplets of a moisture.

 Physical and chemical indicators

 Moisture mass fraction - no more than 25 %.

 Fat mass fraction - not less than 72,5 %.

 Acidity, K0 - no more than 2,5.

 Packing

 The butter of all kinds should be packed a dense monolith into transportation packing - cardboard boxes in accordance with GOST in 13515 net weight on 20 kg,board boxes in accordance with GOST in 10131 net weight on 24 kg.

 Storage conditions

 At observance of sanitary-and-hygienic norms in dry pure,cool,well ventilated storage rooms at the temperature of  -24°C.

Transportation conditions

 Oil transportation should be made by all types of transport in covered means of transport according to rules of carriages the perishable consignments, active on a corresponding type of transport.

It is supposed at minus temperature of outside air transportation of oil to open vehicles with obligatory shelter of an outside part of the consignment a canvas or a material replacing it.
